When you join a class with Progress reset, your progress in that class starts from zero.
- The class will not show any progress you made before joining it
- If you leave the class and join it again later, your previous progress in that class will appear again
- If you complete activities while you are not in the class, that progress will not appear in the class when you join again.

Teachers & Administrators
These are classes that can only be created by school administrators. Students start with no previous progress, which makes them useful for students who are repeating a course. These classes are marked as Progress reset on your dashboard.
When students join a Progress reset class, they start with zero progress in that class.
- The class will not show any progress your students made before joining it
- If students leave the class and join it again later, their previous progress in that class will appear again
- If students complete activities while they are not in the class, that progress will not appear in the class when they join again
- Administrators: Progress reset cannot be added to or removed from existing classes.
